2009-2021
ConTracks+ Developed
Region 16 built ConTracks+ to solve the problem of managing contracts with school districts and created a simple and custom system that allows ESAs and LEAs to manage everything in one digital interface.
Spring 2021
TXCSP
In our effort to redesign and rebrand our systems, Region 16 created the Texas Client Service Portal (TXCSP). This system was designed as a central interface for new products Region 16 was building as well as redesign concepts for ConTracks+.
Spring 2023
EdHive
With the success of the TXCSP structure, Region 16 began development on a new portal that would service beyond Texas. The first product we are developing in this system is the new contract management system. Later all TXCSP products will be introduced to this new design.
January 2024
EdHive & Contracts
EdHive and Contracts went live for Region 16. The new system began to be used in a Beta state for bug fixes and improvements.
February 2024
Contracts Marketplace
The current Contracts system will be transforming from the simple logic of ESCs only selling contracts to their own managed ISDs, to being able to create a marketplace where all ESCs and ISDs can buy and sell contracts to one another.
May 2024
FMLA
A new application finished up development that allows employees to submit FMLA paperwork and HR personnel to keep track of their documentation and deadlines.
June 2024
FMLA Tracker+
The FMLA Tracker app was launched for use at Region 16. This app will continued to be improved and developed to meet FMLA needs for schools and small businesses.
